The Bellingen Yoga Studio, set amongst the trees in the picturesque Bellinger valley is architecturally designed to create a tranquil environment ideally suited for yoga and meditation.
In 2011 we celebrated our 15th year of operation, offering a range of classes to suit all ages & abilities and welcome casual and private visitors.
Bellingen Yoga Studio is located within walking distance of Bellingens popular restaurants, boutique shops and bed & breakfast accommodation.
Our highly experienced teachers are fully qualified in a range of yoga styles. We offer regular classes in Hatha, Satyananda & Iyengar styles of yoga.

Regular yoga retreats and intensives are run throughout the year, information will be listed below when available.
Massage with conscious awareness enables deep healing and transformation. My intention is to foster a safe and trusting relationship to support and assist a person to breathe and release patterns of trauma and or structural misalignment.
My interest is in the energy of the body and the release triggers that can enable a space for change. My studies have transported me from rolfing, myo fascial release, to energy and polarity therapy. I have an understanding of cranial sacral therapy and am available for consultations Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.

We have been working closely with our students to assist in the correction of postural abnormalities, breathing difficulties and injuries.
We specialise in structural alignment and relaxation techniques and help create an exercise package to suit you.

In 1998 I went to India and fell in Love with Yoga. It continues to provide me with effective tools with which to nourish my body, mind and spirit. I teach a Classical style of Hatha Yoga, I encourage students to cultivate their awareness through careful attention to the breath and the spaces in between. As a student myself, the more I delve into the mystery of Yoga, the more I am illuminated and humbled by its Grace and Wisdom. I am forever grateful for that spark.
Laura lives and breathes wholesome living as a hatha yoga teacher, a naturopath, a keen gardener and lover of the outdoors. Her yoga classes focus on the breath and flow of movement within the body, with a balance of strength and softness. Her highest intention with yoga is to inspire others to live wholeheartedly, recognising their own innate strength and beauty.
Yoga has been apart of my life since my early 20's and an invaluable aid in my recovery from a serious spinal injury. I studied with Dr swami Gitananda and encourage and support my students to understand and value the breath as an integral part of a yoga practice. I have a passion for encouraging conscious awareness to stimulate the mind body complex for healing and wellbeing. My specialty is structural alignment and pranayama. I am a keen traveller and a lover of places of natural beauty, art, dance and music.
